Formatting Rules and Prerequisites To Upload Bulk CSV File in Tekmatix Social Planner
Access the Social Planner
Go to Marketing & Emails → Social Planner in your Tekmatix dashboard.
Connect Your Social Accounts
Click the Settings (gear icon) and add the platforms where you want your posts to go live.
Start a New CSV Upload
Click New Post
Select CSV Upload
Choose Upload Type
Basic CSV: Best for standard posts with text and media.
Advanced CSV: Ideal for cross-platform campaigns with rich post settings and targeting.
Prepare Your CSV File
Download a sample CSV template directly from the upload section.
Fill in your post details: content, date, media links, and platform-specific settings (for Advanced).
⚠️ Tip: Avoid Google Drive links—upload images/videos to the Media Library and use those direct links in your CSV.
Upload and Review
Upload your CSV file.
Select which social accounts should receive the posts.
Configure approval workflows (optional).
Fix Any Errors
Review flagged posts marked in red.
Adjust content or media links as needed.
Click “Import” to Schedule
All approved posts will be queued into your calendar. Done!
