We’re excited to share a game-changing update! You can now schedule, publish, and manage posts for your community groups and channels directly from the Social Planner. This new feature empowers you to elevate your social media strategy and maintain a strong, consistent presence across your communities.
This update introduces advanced tools for streamlined content distribution, better scheduling control, and improved engagement. By using the Social Planner, you can foster stronger interactions with your community, all while saving time and staying organized.
Scheduled Posting: Plan and schedule your posts in advance to ensure they go live at the best possible time for each community. This helps maximize engagement and ensures your message reaches members when they’re most active.
Unified Content Management: Effortlessly manage all your past, current, and future posts from one centralized interface. Track post histories, review scheduled content, and make adjustments on the fly with complete oversight of all your community interactions.
Getting started with community posting in the Social Planner is simple. Follow these steps:
Navigate to Marketing & Emails > Social Planner: This is your hub for managing all posts.
Connect Your Community Groups and Channels:
Go to the "Settings" page within Social Planner.
Select your community groups from the available list.
Once added, the group and its associated channels will be available for posting.
3. Compose Your Post:
Use the post composer to select multiple channels. Each selected channel will indicate the group it belongs to.
Add your content, complete with rich text, images, or videos.
Image Guidelines: Upload up to 10 images with a maximum size of 10 MB each.
Here are a few key points to keep in mind as you start using this new feature:
Re-Sync Changes: If there are updates to your community groups or channels (e.g., new channels added), these changes won’t automatically reflect in the Social Planner. To sync updates, go to Settings > Communities and refresh the group and channel list.
User Management:
In the post composer, you can specify the user under whose name the post will be published.
Within Social Planner settings, you can designate default users for community posts, simplifying future scheduling.
Community Posting Formats: CSV uploads and other post formats are supported, ensuring flexibility in how you manage your content.
