Media Storage Help Document

Sometimes due to the wide range of formats and the amount of content we all create, managing media files can feel overwhelming. From uploading to organizing, this guide will make your media management as smooth as possible!

Finding Media storage

Getting started is easy! Simply navigate to the left sidebar of your Tekmatix dashboard and click on the “Media Storage” icon. This setup provides you direct access to your files.

Uploading Files

Uploading files has never been simpler. Whether they are audio, video, or picture files, you may drag & drop them straight into Media Storage. Just drag your files from your desktop and drop them in. This simple feature speeds up and streamlines the process, making it ideal for hectic days when you have a lot on your plate.

In addition to drag and drop you can upload the file by clicking on the upload button.

Organizing Your Media Files

To manage your media effectively, you should keep it organized. Tekmatix offers several sorting options to help you find what you need quickly:

• Sort by Name: Arrange your files alphabetically.

• Sort by Size: you can Choose to sort files by size, select Smallest first or Largest first.

• Sort by Modified Date: Find your latest uploads by sorting from Newest to Oldest.
  

You'll be able to find your files quickly using these sorting options. You can use these options in both ascending and descending order.

Customizing the view

We all have different preferences for how we like to see our files. That’s why Tekmatix allows you to toggle between grid and list views. You can alter your media library to fit your preferences Whether that is a visual layout or a detailed list, you can customize your media library to suit your style.

Quick Actions with Right-Click

Do you need to remove something you don't require or rename a file? 

Any media file can be right-clicked to reveal a drop-down menu having many choices including renaming, deleting, and more. Managing your files without having to go back to the top of the screen is now incredibly simple.

Smooth Integration Across Tekmatix

One of the standout features of Media Storage is its smooth integration with other Tekmatix tools. For instance, you can access Media Storage directly from the funnel or website editor without extra clicks. This consistency makes your experience smoother and more intuitive, letting you focus on your work rather than getting lost in the interface. 

Just click on any image that you want to change or add the image element and you’ll be able to see the image options in the right side menu.

User-Friendly Interface

When you access Media Storage from other Tekmatix products, you’ll notice a sleek modal interface that doesn’t take over your entire screen. This design allows you to manage your media files without feeling overwhelmed, keeping your focus where it belongs.
