To access the proposals and estimates feature in TekMatix follow these steps:

Log in to your TekMatix account.

From the main menu, click on payments.

Proposals and estimate guide.

Navigate to the "Proposals and Estimates" section at the top.

Creating a Proposal or Estimate

Once you're in the proposals or estimates section, you can create a new proposal or estimate by following these steps:

Click on the "Create New" button.

Fill in the necessary details, such as the client's name, project description, and pricing information.

Customize the proposal or estimate template to match your branding and style.

Add sections and subsections to organize the content of your proposal or estimate.

Step 4: Customize your proposal or estimate: Now this is where the magic happens. Fill in the necessary details such as client information, project description, pricing, and any other relevant information. You can also customize the layout and design of your proposal or estimate to match your branding by dragging and dropping the elements.

Sending and Tracking Your Proposal or Estimate

Once you have finalized your proposal or estimate, you can send it to the client and track its progress. Here's how:

  1. Preview the proposal or estimate to ensure all the information is accurate and complete.

The filled feature at the top indicates the number of fields the client will need to fill.

After the client has red through the document and is ok with everything, he/she can click on the signature field to sign. Click on " Accept and sign" the hit on "finish" to summit..

TekMatix allows you to track the status of your proposal or estimate, including whether it has been viewed or accepted by the client.

Follow up Document Status

To follow up document status, there are two ways to do that which :

1.Through contact.

Click on the contact you sent the proposal or estimate to and open the conversation. You should see status of the document if its been signed or not.

2.Through proposal and estimate dashboard

Click on the proposal and estimate dashboard and you will see status of the document.The document can be at the waiting stage or signed stage and it equally display the number of documents signed.

3. Lastly, you can download the singed copy or use as template.

Here is how:

-click on the signed document

-Click on the right menu and the various option will be displayed for you to choose.

Follow up with the client to address any questions or concerns they may have and to negotiate the terms if necessary.
