In order to create new smart lists, you will need to add filters.
Filters allow you to segment your contacts based on their position in the sales process or how they have interacted with your company.
Filter Menu
Here you will see menu filter for your smart lists. This menu allows you to select filters and create your smart lists.
In order to select your first filter, you will need to click inside of this input field.
Selecting Your Filters
You should now see a list of filterable items you can select. These are the data points inside your CRM that can be used to filter contacts and create new smart lists.
As you create more custom fields, you will see more data in this filter menu drop-down.
