✅ Default Course Completion Certificates

Every new course now comes with a built-in certificate that triggers when the course is fully completed.

✅ Category Completion Certificates

You can now assign certificates to specific categories inside a course. Great for multi-part trainings or modules that deserve individual recognition.

How to Use Default Course Completion Certificates

Step 1: Access Your Course

1. Log in to your Tekmatix account.
   

2. Go to Courses & Memberships > Courses > Product Builder.

3. Create a new product or open an existing course.

4. Go to Certificates and click on Attach Certificate. 

🧾 A default course completion certificate is already included for every new course.

Step 2: Manage the Default Certificate

• To Edit or Choose a Template:

  • Click the three dots next to the Course Completion Certificate section.

• Choose Edit Certificate or Choose Certificate.
  

• Select the template you want to use (custom or pre-made).

• To Delete or Draft the Certificate:

  • Click the three dots again.
    

  • Choose Delete to remove it or toggle the Published icon to set it as Draft.
    
    

How to Add Category Completion Certificates

Step 1: Choose a Course and Category

1. Open the course where you want to add the certificate.

2. Select the category you want to assign a certificate to.
   

Step 2: Attach the Certificate

1. Click the plus (+) icon next to the category title.
   

2. Choose or upload a certificate template.
   

📌 The certificate will automatically appear as the final lesson in that category. It will be awarded once all lessons within that category are completed.

🛑 Note: Category certificates cannot be repositioned—they always remain at the end of the section.

🎯 Sample Scenario: Coaching Program with Milestones

Let’s say you're offering a 4-week Mindset Coaching Program, broken into 4 categories (Week 1, Week 2, etc.).

Here’s how you could use the feature:

• Assign a Category Completion Certificate at the end of each week to keep clients engaged.
  

• Include a Course Completion Certificate at the end of Week 4 as a final reward.
  

• Customize each certificate with your branding and motivational messages.
  

By doing this, you create mini-milestones that build momentum—and your clients walk away with multiple recognitions.

Final Tips

• Certificates will only be triggered when the course or category is 100% complete.
