We've significantly enhanced how Prospecting creates and enriches contacts inside Tekmatix, helping you build cleaner, more complete CRM records from the moment a prospect is added.

Instead of creating basic business entries, Prospecting now generates richer CRM contacts with additional business details, contact information, and segmentation data that are ready for sales outreach, automation, and follow-up campaigns.

Whether you're prospecting a handful of leads or hundreds of businesses, these improvements help you spend less time cleaning data and more time converting opportunities.

What's New?

Richer Contact Enrichment from Business Websites

Prospecting now goes beyond business directory data to create more complete contact records.

When available, Tekmatix can automatically enrich prospects by gathering additional contact information directly from their websites, including:

  • Phone numbers

  • Additional phone numbers

  • Email addresses

  • Additional email addresses

This means your prospect records start with more actionable information from day one, helping your sales and marketing teams reach the right people faster.

Better CRM Contact Records

New contacts created through Prospecting now automatically include valuable business and contact data, such as:

  • Contact Source = Prospecting Tool

  • Prospecting Tags for segmentation and automation

  • Primary and additional phone numbers

  • Primary and additional email addresses

  • Business website URL

  • Address information

  • City, State, Postcode, and location details

  • Additional business information collected during prospect creation

Full Control Over Contact Enrichment

A new Contact Enrichment Setting allows you to decide whether Prospecting should search for additional business contacts and decision-makers.

When Enabled

Prospecting can search for:

  • Business owners

  • Managers

  • Key decision-makers

  • Additional email addresses

  • Additional phone numbers

  • Website contact information

Each identified point of contact is created as an individual CRM contact, making it easier to target specific decision-makers during outreach campaigns.

When Disabled

Only the primary business contact is created using available business listing information.

This option is ideal for businesses that:

  • Want faster prospect creation

  • Prefer a simpler CRM structure

  • Do not require multiple contacts per business

Cleaner CRM Records with Fewer Duplicates

We've also improved how business contacts are created to reduce duplicate records.

Previously

Businesses could end up with multiple contact records when different phone numbers or email addresses were discovered.

Now

Tekmatix creates:

  • One primary business contact

  • Multiple phone numbers stored within the same contact record

  • Multiple email addresses stored within the same contact record

  • Separate contact records only for identified decision-makers and points of contact

This creates a much cleaner CRM while preserving all valuable contact information.
