3. Per Execution: Remembers all GPT conversations within the workflow for a single execution where the history type is set to "Per Execution."

4. This Step: Remembers all GPT conversations for a specific action across multiple executions where the history type is set to "This Step."

5. Custom: Allows the user to create a custom history type that can be used within the same workflow or across multiple workflows.

How to Enable and Use the AI Memory Key in Tekmatix

To start using the AI Memory Key, follow these simple steps within Tekmatix:

1. Open the workflow editor in Tekmatix and Select the "GPT Powered By OpenAI" action.
   

2. Enable History: Toggle the option to “Enable History”

3. Select the "History for" from the dropdown

4. Add system instructions 

Advanced Settings

• System Instructions: Users can provide additional instructions to guide the GPT action, helping achieve more specific and tailored outputs. These instructions will apply to all GPT actions within the workflow.

• Exclude Instructions from History: Use this toggle to prevent the system instructions from being saved in the "history." This option ensures that only the relevant data is stored.

• Exclude Responses from History: When enabled, the responses generated by this action will not be stored in the history. This is particularly useful when dealing with sentiment analysis (positive or negative) or any other output based on analytics.
