Rescheduling campaigns is a key feature for businesses with changing timelines or when aiming to improve open rates.
Let’s say you’re managing a campaign for a flash sale on holiday decor, initially set for a Monday morning. However, analytics reveal your audience is more active on Thursday evenings. With Tekmatix's rescheduling feature, you can easily adjust your campaign time, maximizing open rates and conversions during that critical holiday period.
Step 1: Go to Marketing & Emails > select Email Campaign tab to view a list of all scheduled campaigns. Here, you'll see campaigns with Simple, RSS, or Batch schedules eligible for rescheduling.
Step 2: Find your desired campaign and click the Action button (usually represented as a dropdown menu next to each campaign). Choose Reschedule Campaign from the options.
Step 3: After selecting Reschedule, update the new date and time to your preferred reschedule slot. You can modify the campaign's delivery model, including adjusting delivery times based on your engagement data.
Step 4: Once all changes are made, mark it as a rescheduled campaign and save your settings. Tekmatix will update your campaign to your newly chosen date and time, allowing you to target your audience at an optimal moment.
