Multiple channels: Email and SMS
Independent toggles to turn notifications on or off for each channel
Customizable templates for both Email and SMS, including subject lines and previews
Full control: Turn off notifications entirely if needed
🔔 Important: Only users who are Account Admins and listed under Settings → My Staff with a valid email and/or phone number can receive notifications.
Navigate to Payments → Settings → Team Notifications
Click Order Confirmation for Stores

Toggle on Email to send email notifications
Toggle on SMS to send text notifications
Choose the templates you want to use for each channel
Customize the Email Subject Line and Preview if desired
Click Save Changes

Tip: You can enable both channels to ensure your team gets alerts through their preferred method.
Go to Settings → My Staff
Ensure the user receiving notifications is an Account Admin
Confirm the user has a valid email and/or phone number
