When a customer places an order, immediate acknowledgment is key to fast fulfillment and a smooth customer experience. With Tekmatix, store admin team members can receive instant order confirmation alerts via Email or SMS — keeping everyone informed and enabling quicker order processing.

This guide shows you how to set up these notifications, customize templates, and make sure your team never misses a new order.

Step 1: Access Team Notifications

  1. Navigate to Payments → Settings → Team Notifications

  2. Click Order Confirmation for Stores

Payments > Settings > Team Notifications > Order Confirmation for Stores


Step 2: Enable Notifications

  1. Toggle on Email to send email notifications

  2. Toggle on SMS to send text notifications

  3. Choose the templates you want to use for each channel

  4. Customize the Email Subject Line and Preview if desired

  5. Click Save Changes

  1. Go to Settings → My Staff

  2. Ensure the user receiving notifications is an Account Admin

  3. Confirm the user has a valid email and/or phone number
