Having the right people in the right meeting is crucial. For example:
A sales call may require both a Sales Development Rep (SDR) and an Account Executive.
A support call may need both a Customer Support Rep and a Technical Engineer.
A job interview might include a Recruiter and a Hiring Manager.
Collective Booking ensures that all the necessary participants are available, improving professionalism, customer experience, and internal efficiency.
Go to Settings ➝ Calendars
Click New Calendar and select Collective Booking.
Add Key Details
Enter your calendar name,
Select the team members who need to be part of the booking,
Create a custom calendar URL (e.g., yourcompany.com/team-call),
Set a meeting duration and booking availability
(Optional) Add Payments
If you want clients to pay before confirming the appointment, enable Payments for the calendar. The system will only book the appointment once payment is received.
Customize Your Calendar
The Adjust availability settings so clients only see time slots that fit your team’s preferences.
Add buffer times between meetings to avoid back-to-back bookings.
Personalize your calendar appearance (logo, branding, instructions) to give clients a professional booking experience
Enable Notifications
Select a member who will receive automatic notifications when a booking is made.
