We’ve introduced a dedicated permission for User Management, replacing the existing Team Management settings under Account Settings. This update also includes control over user creation permissions, ensuring better flexibility.
Managing your team in Tekmatix just got a whole lot more flexible and secure.
Previously, all user permissions were tied into general “Team Management” settings — which made it hard to limit who could add or remove users. Now, with the dedicated User Management permissions, you have more control over who can view, manage, or hide users completely.
This is especially helpful if you're working with contractors, clients, or team members who should see only what’s necessary.
Log in to your Tekmatix account
Navigate to Settings > My Staff
Click on the name of the team member you want to adjust
Click on the "Permissions" section
Scroll to the User Management section
3. Apply the Right Permission
Toggle ON either:
View and Manage Users
View Users
Or leave both OFF to hide user management completely for that person
Click "Update" to apply the changes instantly
Let’s say you're running a marketing agency on Tekmatix.
You have one admin (you),
A team leader who needs to hire and onboard VAs, and
A support rep who should only see the team structure but not make changes.
With this setup, you’re in full control. No one can accidentally delete users or access areas they shouldn't see — and onboarding is smoother and safer.
