How to Use Smart Spam Detection

1. Log into your Tekmatix account and go to the Reviews section.

2. Click on Settings > Spam Reviews. Select On and click Save.

   

   3. Go to the Review tab to see the Spam reviews. A warning icon will appear to signify Spam message. 

   

4. Choose to Delete or Mark Review as Not Spam.
