Automate & Close More Sales with a Custom Sales Pipeline in TekMatix
1️⃣ Set Up Your Custom Sales Pipeline
Navigate to Opportunities → Add Pipeline → Create New Pipeline. Give your pipeline a name and add custom stages to reflect how leads progress through your sales process—from New Lead to Closed Deal.
Once your pipeline is built, click Save and return to Opportunities to see your pipeline in action, where you can create, sort, and manage all your deals in one place.
2️⃣ Import or Create Opportunities Manually
If you already have a list of contacts, click Import to bulk-upload your opportunities. Map your CSV fields correctly (e.g., use the business name as the opportunity name), then click Start Bulk Import.
To create a new opportunity manually, click Add Opportunity, choose an existing contact or enter a new contact’s details, assign them to a pipeline and stage, and add their status, opportunity value, and other details.
3️⃣ Track & Automate Your Sales Process
Once your opportunities are in TekMatix, you can move them through stages, track progress, and automate key actions.
🔹 Switch between Grid & List View to get a clear overview of deals.
🔹 View real-time analytics in your dashboard, tracking opportunity status, value, and conversion rates.
🔹 Set up automations to trigger follow-ups, reminders, or emails when leads progress through the pipeline.
