If you're publishing blog content regularly, automating how it reaches your audience is a smart move. With the RSS feed feature in Tekmatix, you can automatically share blog posts via email campaigns or on social media—without lifting a finger every time a new article is published.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to set up your RSS feed for blogs inside Tekmatix and provide a real-world example of how to use it effectively.
Setting up an RSS feed in Tekmatix helps you:
Eliminate manual blog distribution
Automatically include your latest posts in email campaigns
Schedule social media posts using the Social Planner
Keep your audience consistently engaged
Make sure your custom domain is already associated with your Tekmatix account. The RSS feed feature will not function unless this is set up.
Navigate to Blogs:
Go to Websites & Funnels > Blogs.
Access Blog Settings:
Click the gear icon next to the “New Blog” button to open settings.
Locate the RSS Settings:
Click the RSS tab.
Configure Your Feed:
Select the blog you want to generate an RSS feed for from the dropdown menu.
Enter how many blog posts you want included in the feed (up to 100).
Tip: 5–10 posts is ideal for emails. Use more if you're populating a blog roll or social planner.
Copy the RSS URL:
Click to copy the RSS URL that Tekmatix generates.
Use Your RSS Link:
Paste it into:
Email Campaigns under the RSS Email feature
Social Planner for scheduled posts based on new blog entries
Note: If you switch blogs in the RSS dropdown later, previously created RSS links will still work. They are not overwritten.
Let’s say you run a business coaching brand. Every Friday, you publish a new blog post with growth tips. Instead of manually creating a newsletter each week, you can set up a recurring RSS Email Campaign that automatically pulls in your latest article and sends it to your list.
Here’s what it looks like:
You set the RSS feed to show your latest 1–3 posts.
The RSS campaign pulls the content and formats it into an email template.
Every Friday morning, your email list receives the latest blog post—no extra work from you!
LinkedIn & Facebook Automation: Pair the RSS feed with Tekmatix’s Social Planner to auto-post blog teasers and links to your social pages.
Website Widgets: Use your RSS URL to display a “Latest Blog Posts” widget on another site.
Keep your blog titles compelling—these show up in email subject lines and social posts.
Pair RSS with automation workflows to tag or segment readers who click through.
Using RSS feeds in Tekmatix simplifies blog distribution and helps you stay top of mind with your audience. Whether you're sharing posts via email, social media, or both, this automation ensures your content works harder for you.
