Now, with Bulk Actions on the Products Page, you can make large-scale changes in just a few clicks — all from one place.

What You Can Do with Bulk Actions
From the Products page in your Tekmatix sub-account, you can now:
✅ Update Store Visibility
Include or exclude selected products from being displayed on your online store.
💸 Edit Prices
Increase, decrease, or set fixed prices using percentages or custom amounts.
🏷️ Edit Compare-at Prices
Update “original” pricing to show discounts — especially useful for sales or bundles.
🗂️ Assign Collections
Move selected products into specific collections for better customer browsing.
🗑️ Delete Products
Remove multiple products in bulk (with built-in safeguards to prevent accidental deletion).

Use filters to narrow down your view and work faster:
Store Visibility (Included or Hidden)
Collections
Source (e.g., All Products or WooCommerce imports)
Product Type (Physical, Digital, or Both)
You’ll also see a summary of your total product count at the top of the Products page.
How to Use Bulk Actions (Step-by-Step)
Go to: Payments > Products
Select Products:
Use the checkboxes to select items on the page.
To select all items on a page, click the top-left checkbox.
To select all products across your entire catalog, use “Select All.”
Choose an Action:
Open the “Bulk Actions” dropdown.
Select the action.
Confirm & Apply: Click to confirm changes. For large updates, give it time to reflect.
Sample Use Case: Mid-Year Sale Prep
Scenario:
You’re running a Mid-Year Sale and want to discount all your seasonal products by 20% and make sure they appear in the “Sale” collection.
Steps:
Navigate to Payments > Products.
Filter by the “Seasonal” collection.
Select all the filtered products.
Choose Change Compare-at Price, then apply a -20% decrease.
Next, choose Add to Collections, and add these products to your Sale collection.
Done! You’ve just created a discount and organized your storefront in minutes.
Things to Keep in Mind
Negative Price Protection: Products can’t go below $0. Invalid updates will be skipped.
Delete Confirmation: Deleting over 50 products requires you to type “Delete” to confirm.
One Action at a Time: You can’t start a new bulk action until the current one finishes.
Performance Tip: Updating 300+ products may take a few minutes to reflect changes.
Visibility Across Stores: Visibility changes apply globally. Use Sites > Stores for store-specific visibility.
