By implementing Smart Spam Detection, you enhance your reputation management strategy. This feature helps to ensure that your reviews truly reflect customer sentiment, allowing you to focus on engaging with real feedback.
Imagine you own a local coffee shop, and recently, you've received several reviews. One review states that your coffee shop is "the best in town," while another mentions that "the service was terrible" but appears to be from a competitor. With Smart Spam Detection, the latter review would be flagged as potential spam. You can then quickly assess it and, if deemed spam, ignore it, thereby preserving your shop's reputation and focusing on your customers' true sentiments.
Log into your Tekmatix account and go to the Reviews section.
Click on Settings > Spam Reviews. Select On and click Save.
Go to the Review tab to see the Spam reviews. A warning icon
Go to the Review tab to see the Spam reviews. A warning icon
will appear to signify Spam message.
Choose to Delete or Mark Review as Not Spam.
