Choose from:
✅ All Admins
✅ All Users
✅ Contact’s Assigned User
✅ Specific Users (select from dropdown)
✅ Custom Email Address (manually enter)
No more one-recipient limits or defaulting to all admins!
Follow these simple steps to configure post-call email notifications:
Go to your Voice AI Agent
Navigate to Settings > Voice AI > Create or Update Agent.
Open the Agent Goals tab
This is where you configure automation behavior.
Toggle On Notifications
Enable the option: "Receive Email Notification Post Call Completion."
Select Recipients
You’ll see new multi-select options:
Select one or more categories (Admins, Assigned Users, Custom Email, etc.)
If you select Specific Users, pick them from the dropdown.
If you select Custom Email, type in the email address(es).
Click Save
That’s it! Your settings will now be applied automatically.
