How to Check Campaign Readiness With Opportunity Score in Tekmatix Ad Manager

How to Check Campaign Readiness With Opportunity Score in Tekmatix Ad Manager

August 15, 20265 min read

Launching an advertising campaign without checking every detail can lead to missed opportunities, wasted budget and preventable setup issues.

Tekmatix Ad Manager now makes that final review easier with Opportunity Score, a built-in campaign readiness tool available for Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaigns.

Opportunity Score reviews your campaign setup before you publish, gives you a readiness score from 0 to 100, and highlights areas you may want to improve before your ads go live.

Instead of manually checking every campaign setting, you can use the Opportunity Score recommendations to quickly identify potential gaps and jump directly to the relevant section of your campaign.

What Is Opportunity Score in Tekmatix?

Opportunity Score is a pre-publish campaign review tool inside Tekmatix Ad Manager.

It analyses the settings that are relevant to your chosen advertising platform, campaign objective, format and configuration.

Your campaign is then given:

  • A readiness score from 0 to 100

  • An overall campaign health rating of Low, Medium or High

  • Recommendations for improving your campaign setup

  • Prioritised suggestions based on their potential impact

Opportunity Score was initially available for Meta campaigns and is now available across Google and LinkedIn campaign builders as well.

This means you can use a similar campaign review process across all three major advertising platforms from inside Tekmatix.

What’s New?

1. Opportunity Score for Google, LinkedIn and Meta Campaigns

You can now review campaign readiness before publishing campaigns across:

  • Meta

  • Google

  • LinkedIn

Your Opportunity Score appears on the Review screen before your campaign is published.

The score ranges from 0 to 100 and provides a quick indication of how thoroughly your campaign has been configured.

Campaign health is also summarised as:

  • Low

  • Medium

  • High

The recommendations displayed will depend on the advertising platform and the type of campaign you are creating.

2. Platform-Specific Campaign Recommendations

Opportunity Score does not apply exactly the same checklist to every campaign.

Instead, Tekmatix reviews the settings that are relevant to the platform, objective and campaign format you have selected.

Google Ads Campaigns

Depending on your campaign configuration, Opportunity Score may review areas including:

  • Keywords

  • Audience targeting

  • Budget

  • Ad creatives

  • Conversion tracking

  • Advertising schedule

  • Languages

  • Placements

  • Bidding configuration

  • Campaign assets

Only settings relevant to your particular Google campaign are included.

LinkedIn Ads Campaigns

For LinkedIn campaigns, Tekmatix may review areas such as:

  • Audience targeting

  • Location targeting

  • Budget

  • Ad creatives

  • Destination URLs

  • Lead generation configuration

  • Language

  • Other campaign-specific requirements

Meta Ads Campaigns

Meta campaigns continue to use Opportunity Score to highlight campaign setup improvements before publishing, providing the same centralised review experience within Tekmatix Ad Manager.

3. Prioritised Campaign Improvement Suggestions

Opportunity Score does more than identify potential issues.

Recommendations are organised into relevant campaign categories so that you can quickly understand where improvements may be needed.

Depending on your campaign, categories may include:

  • Audience

  • Budget

  • Creative

  • Tracking

  • Keywords

Recommendations may also indicate their potential impact, helping you prioritise the changes that could be most important before launching your campaign.

This can be particularly useful when working with larger campaigns where there are many settings to review.

4. Click Recommendations to Review and Fix Them

When Opportunity Score identifies something you may want to improve, you do not need to hunt through your entire campaign setup to find the relevant setting.

Simply select the recommendation.

Tekmatix will take you directly to the corresponding campaign section so you can review the setting and make any required changes.

Once you have updated your campaign, you can return to the Review screen and check your Opportunity Score again before publishing.

Why Opportunity Score Matters

Advertising platforms contain a huge number of campaign settings.

It is easy to overlook something important, particularly when you are moving quickly or managing multiple campaigns.

Opportunity Score provides an additional validation layer before your campaign goes live.

It can help you:

  • Identify missing campaign settings earlier

  • Spot configurations that may unnecessarily limit your campaign

  • Understand which improvements may have the greatest potential impact

  • Reduce guesswork during the final campaign review

  • Check targeting, tracking, creative and budget settings more efficiently

  • Create more thoroughly configured campaigns across multiple advertising platforms

For agencies and businesses managing multiple advertising accounts, this can also help create a more consistent campaign review process before ads are published.

Opportunity Score Is Guidance, Not a Performance Guarantee

It is important to understand what Opportunity Score does and does not tell you.

A high Opportunity Score does not guarantee that a campaign will generate leads, sales or a particular return on advertising spend.

Advertising performance is influenced by many factors, including:

  • Your offer

  • Your audience

  • Your creative

  • Your messaging

  • Your landing page

  • Your sales process

  • Market demand

  • Competition

  • Advertising budget

Opportunity Score is designed to help you assess campaign configuration and identify potential setup improvements.

Think of it as a pre-flight checklist rather than a prediction of campaign performance.

You also remain in control of your campaign.

Tekmatix does not automatically apply Opportunity Score recommendations. You can review each suggestion and decide whether it makes sense for your particular campaign strategy.

Important Notes

Opportunity Score is available from the pre-publish Review screen inside Tekmatix Ad Manager.

The recommendations you see will vary depending on factors including:

  • Advertising platform

  • Campaign objective

  • Campaign type

  • Ad format

  • Targeting configuration

  • Applicable campaign settings

Not every recommendation will apply to every campaign.

Opportunity Score is advisory and should be used alongside your own advertising strategy, campaign data and understanding of your audience.

Build and Review Your Ads From One Platform

With Opportunity Score available across Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaign builders, Tekmatix gives businesses and marketing teams another way to simplify the advertising process.

You can build your campaigns, review their configuration, identify potential improvements and manage more of your advertising activity from one central platform.

If you are already using Tekmatix Ad Manager, check the Opportunity Score panel the next time you reach the Review screen before publishing your campaign.
