1️⃣ Design Your First Email

To start, navigate to Marketing → Emails → Campaigns. This is your email campaign dashboard, where you can view existing campaigns, workflow emails, templates, and engagement stats.

Click Templates → New, and choose from four options:

✅ Import an email

✅ Create from blank

✅ Use an email marketing template

✅ Create from an existing campaign

2️⃣ Customize & Test Your Email

The drag-and-drop builder makes customization effortless. Modify images by clicking the pencil icon, adjust text by selecting a section, and tweak formatting using the toolbar.

Before sending, click Save Template and then Test Email. Enter your From Address, Sender Name, and Email Subject Line, and send a test email to yourself to preview how it appears across different devices.

3️⃣ Create & Send Your Email Campaign

Once your email is ready, head back to the Campaigns Dashboard. Click the three dots on your saved email template and select Create Campaign, or navigate to Campaigns → Create Campaign and select your template.

You can now configure your sending options:

✅ Send to all contacts

✅ Target a smart list

✅ Choose contacts based on tags

✅ Select a prebuilt segment
