Tekmatix now gives you much more control with Single Page Unpublish.

Instead of disconnecting your domain, deleting a page or changing its URL just to stop people accessing it, you can now unpublish an individual page while keeping every other page in your funnel or website live.

You can even decide exactly what should happen when somebody visits the unpublished page's old URL, including redirecting them somewhere else.

This is particularly useful for expired promotions, seasonal campaigns, outdated offers, event registration pages and pages you're simply not ready for people to access yet.

What Is Single Page Unpublish in Tekmatix?

Single Page Unpublish allows you to take one specific page offline without affecting the rest of the funnel or website it belongs to.

Previously, taking content offline could require deleting the page, changing URLs or making broader changes to the funnel, website or connected domain.

Now you can simply change the status of the individual page.

Your domain remains connected.

Your other pages remain live.

Your unpublished page remains safely inside Tekmatix so you can continue editing it and republish it whenever you're ready.

What's New?

Unpublish Individual Funnel and Website Pages

You can now publish or unpublish individual pages without changing the status of the rest of your website or funnel.

The option is available from the page's Options menu in both:

• The funnel or website page list

• The page builder's side panel

This gives you much more granular control over exactly what visitors can access.

For example, you could unpublish:

• An expired webinar registration page

• A Black Friday offer after the promotion ends

• An old product sales page

• A seasonal campaign

• An event registration page after the event

• A page you're currently redesigning

Everything else can stay online as normal.

Manage Your Pages Without Leaving the Builder

Page management has also become much easier inside the Tekmatix builder.

Each page in the side panel now includes a more complete actions menu, allowing you to manage the page without constantly moving between different screens.

Depending on the page and its current status, available actions can include:

• Edit the page name or URL slug

• Preview

• Clone

• Unpublish

• Publish

• Edit Redirect Link

• Delete

You can also clone pages within the same funnel or into another supported funnel or location.

The available menu options automatically adapt depending on whether the page is currently published or unpublished.

For example, a live page will show the Unpublish option, while an unpublished page can show Publish and Edit Redirect Link.

Choose What Happens When Someone Visits an Unpublished Page

One of the most useful parts of this update is the ability to control what happens to traffic after you unpublish a page.

When taking the page offline, Tekmatix allows you to choose from several options.

Option 1: Show a 404 Page

Visitors attempting to access the old URL can be sent to the standard 404 page.

This is useful when the content has simply been removed and there isn't an obvious replacement destination.

Option 2: Redirect to Another Page

You can redirect visitors to another page within the same funnel or website.

For example, if you've retired an old offer, you might redirect people to your latest product or service instead.

Option 3: Redirect to an External URL

You can also send visitors to a completely different external URL.

This gives you considerably more flexibility when managing old campaigns, migrated content or offers hosted somewhere else.

Change Your Redirect Without Republishing the Page

Changed your mind about where visitors should go?

You don't need to republish the original page.

Simply open the unpublished page's Options menu and select Edit Redirect Link.

You can update the destination while leaving the original page unpublished.

This is particularly handy if you're managing longer-term redirects or moving traffic between different campaigns over time.

Publish a Page and Connect Your Domain in the Same Process

If you attempt to publish a page inside a funnel or website that doesn't yet have a domain connected, Tekmatix can guide you through the domain setup process.

You'll be prompted to select, purchase or connect a domain as part of publishing the page.

This means you can move from page creation to having the page live online through one much smoother workflow.

Easily See Which Pages Are Live

It's also much easier to understand the current status of your pages.

Unpublished pages are clearly labelled with an Unpublished status inside the page list and builder sidebar.

Inside the builder, you can also see whether the current page is:

• Live

• Unpublished

You can see the page's live URL where applicable, along with information about who most recently changed its publishing status.

This is especially useful for teams where multiple people are editing funnels, websites and campaigns.

Why Single Page Unpublish Matters

This might sound like a small feature, but it solves several very common website and funnel management problems.

Protect Your SEO and Existing Traffic

Simply deleting an established page can create broken links and potentially waste traffic from backlinks, search engines, emails, social media posts and old campaigns.

By adding redirect options directly into the unpublishing process, Tekmatix makes it easier to intentionally route that traffic somewhere useful.

For example:

Old sales page → New sales page

Expired event page → Upcoming events page

Old lead magnet → Updated lead magnet

Seasonal promotion → Main services page

Rather than sending people into a dead end, you can keep them moving through your business.

Keep Historical Pages Without Keeping Them Public

Sometimes you don't actually want to delete a page.

You may want to preserve:

• Historical campaign information

• Previous page designs

• Reporting data

• Copy you may reuse later

• Seasonal campaigns

• Old offers you may relaunch

Unpublishing allows you to keep the page safely inside Tekmatix while removing public access.

And because the process is reversible, you can republish it whenever you need it again.

Avoid Accidentally Taking Your Entire Site Offline

This update also solves an important usability problem.

If you only want to hide one page, you shouldn't need to disconnect or make changes to the domain powering the entire website.

Unpublishing an individual page does not disconnect the domain or interfere with the domain's SSL certificate or DNS configuration.

Your other published pages continue operating normally.

Better Accountability for Teams

When several people are working inside the same Tekmatix account, it can be difficult to understand why a particular page suddenly disappeared or became available.

Tekmatix records who changed the page's publishing status and when the change occurred.

This provides much greater clarity for marketing teams, agencies and businesses with multiple collaborators.

What Happens to A/B Tests?

If an A/B test is running on a page when that page is unpublished, the active test is stopped.

However, the historical metrics and statistics are preserved.

This means you don't lose the performance data you've already collected simply because the page has temporarily been taken offline.

Unpublished Pages Stay Out of Navigation Options

Tekmatix also helps prevent accidentally sending visitors to pages that are no longer live.

Unpublished pages are excluded from supported internal navigation options when you're setting destinations for elements such as buttons or linked images.

That helps keep your customer journey cleaner and reduces the chance of accidentally linking visitors to unavailable content.

Changes Take Effect Immediately

You don't need to republish an entire funnel every time you change the status of one page.

Publishing and unpublishing changes take effect on the individual page immediately.

That makes managing campaigns much faster, particularly when you're dealing with time-sensitive launches and promotions.

How to Unpublish a Funnel or Website Page in Tekmatix

Here's how to take an individual page offline.

Step 1: Open Your Funnel or Website

Go to the funnel or website containing the page you want to manage.

Open the relevant page list.

Step 2: Open the Page Options

Find the individual page you want to take offline and open its Options menu.

You can also access page management options from the pages side panel while you're inside the builder.

Step 3: Select Unpublish

Choose Unpublish.

Tekmatix will display a confirmation window explaining what will happen when you take this individual page offline.

Step 4: Choose Your Redirect Behaviour

Decide what visitors should see if they attempt to access the old page URL.

You can choose to:

• Send them to the standard 404 page

• Redirect them to another page in your funnel or website

• Redirect them to a custom external URL

If you don't configure another redirect destination, the page can fall back to the standard 404 experience.

Step 5: Confirm the Change

Confirm that you want to unpublish the page.

The page is taken offline while your other published pages continue operating normally.

Step 6: Check the Page Status

You'll now see the page marked as Unpublished in the page list and builder.

This makes it easy to identify which content is currently available to the public.

Step 7: Edit the Redirect If Necessary

If you later want to change where visitors are being sent, open the page's Options menu and select Edit Redirect Link.

Update the destination without needing to publish the original page again.

Step 8: Republish the Page Whenever You're Ready

Want the page back online?

Return to the page options and select Publish.

Once confirmed, the page can be made available again without rebuilding it from scratch.

A Much Better Way to Manage Temporary and Outdated Pages

Single Page Unpublish gives you far more flexibility over the lifecycle of your funnels and websites.

Instead of treating every page as either permanently live or permanently deleted, you can now decide exactly when individual pages should be available.

That means you can confidently pause campaigns, retire old offers, manage seasonal content, protect existing traffic and keep historical pages for future use without disrupting the rest of your online presence.

Head into your Tekmatix Funnels or Websites, open the Options menu for one of your pages and you'll now have much more control over exactly what stays live and what comes offline.
