How to Use These Features

View and Export Event Attendee List

1. Go to your Community and navigate to the Events tab.

2. Click on the specific event.
   

3. Click the guest count or eye icon to open the attendee list.
   

4. To download, click the Download (CSV) icon.
   

5. When creating a new event, you’ll see a checkbox for “Hide attendees from group members” to manage visibility preferences.
   

Note: Attendee emails will never be visible to regular members.

Review Membership Answers

1. Go to the Members tab inside your Community.
   

2. On mobile, use: Manage > Members.
   

3. For any member (pending or approved), click the three-dot menu (⋮) on their card.
   

4. Select "View Membership Answers".
