How-To: Enable Editable Quantities in Tekmatix Payment Links

How to Enable Editable Quantities in Tekmatix Payment Links

Step 1: Go to Payments and click on Payment Links tab. Then, click on Create a New Payment Link.

Step 2: Enable Editable Quantities

• Look for the option that says “Let customers adjust quantities” during the payment link setup.

• Check the box to enable this feature.

Step 3: Set Quantity Limits

• You can set minimum and maximum quantity limits to control the range of products customers can purchase. This helps manage inventory and ensures customers don’t order more than you can supply.

Step 4: Share the Payment Link

• Click Save to get the payment link. 

• After saving, the button for Copy/Send will appear. Click this button to copy the link. 

• Share the payment link with your customers as you normally would. The link will now allow them to modify the quantities of items before proceeding to payment.

What Happens Next?

• When customers open the payment link, they will be able to adjust the quantity of the products they are purchasing directly on the payment page.

• After selecting their desired quantity, they can finalize the transaction by paying the updated total amount.
