Running recurring webinars? Make your life easier by duplicating your entire workflow in just a few clicks! Here’s how to set up a new webinar sequence quickly without reinventing the wheel.
👉 Reflect Today: Are you maximizing your time by duplicating workflows for similar events? Here’s the simple process:
Duplicate Your Existing Workflow
Go to Workflows in TekMatix, select your most recent webinar workflow, and click the three little dots. Choose Duplicate Workflow. Rename it (e.g., change from “XYZ Webinar” to “ABC Webinar”) and press create.
Update the New Workflow Details
In your duplicated workflow, just update the tags, swap out the emails with your new templates, and set the new event time. Easy as that!
