1. Open your WhatsApp templatesGo to Settings, then WhatsApp, then Templates, then click Create template.
2. Choose the category and typeSet Category to Marketing and Type to Limited time offer.
3. Add your offerAdd the offer heading, an image header, the message body, your discount code and the URL you want people to visit.
4. Submit for approvalSubmit the template for WhatsApp approval, the same as any other template.
5. Set the expiry when you sendEach time you send the template, choose when the offer expires for that campaign.

1. Fill empty appointment slots. Got gaps in the diary this week? Send a short countdown offer to past clients with a code for that week only.
2. Recover abandoned carts. Add the template to your abandoned cart workflow with a short expiry, so people who left at checkout get a nudge and a reason to come back now.
