Welcome to the Tekmatix Affiliate Program!
We are delighted to have your support as an affiliate and to reward you for your referrals.
Before you join, please review the following terms and conditions, which outline the guidelines and responsibilities of being a Tekmatix affiliate.
1. Sign-Up Process
To become an affiliate, you must sign up through our affiliate management portal at affiliates.tekmatix.com. Applications submitted outside of this portal will not be considered. This is where you will sign in to get your affiliate link and track your affiliate activity.
2. Commission Structure
As an active Tekmatix affiliate prior to 1st July 2025, you will earn a 10% monthly recurring commission for life on all referrals that click through your affiliate link and sign up for our services. This commission applies to the lifetime of the referred customer as long as they remain active.
Please note: All beta affiliate members will maintain their 20% commission rate as part of their ongoing partnership terms.
Important Notice: There will be a change to our affiliate program payout terms for all NEW affiliates who sign up after 1st July 2025. Existing affiliates with one or more referral will remain on their existing payout terms; this change will only impact NEW affiliates signing up from 1st July 2025, or existing affiliates who have no referrals.
3. Attribution
To ensure you receive credit for your referrals, the following conditions MUST be met:
-The referral must click on your unique affiliate link.
-The referral must sign up for Tekmatix through this link.
We do NOT manually attribute referrals to affiliates under any circumstances. All referrals must be properly tracked through your affiliate link. If your referral did not click your link to sign up, we CANNOT manually assign them to you.
4. No Tiered Systems
Our affiliate program does not offer tiered commission structures. Affiliates will only receive commissions on direct first-line referrals.
5. Amendments and Cancellations
Tekmatix reserves the right to amend or cancel any affiliate's referral and commission structure at any time, for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, changes in commission rates, terms of service, discontinuation of the affiliate program, behaviour that does not align with the legal, moral or ethical practices of our brand; or any other reason deemed reasonable reason for cancellation by Tekmatix.
6. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting Tekmatix. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
7. No Self-Referrals
You CANNOT claim affiliate commission for yourself or your own business. Any self-referrals will be rejected.
8. Termination
Tekmatix reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at our discretion. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or any actions that may harm Tekmatix’s reputation. By signing up for the Tekmatix Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Tekmatix may update these terms and payout structures at any time, and it is the affiliate’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes.

9. Affiliate Content Use Permission Statement
Affiliates of Tekmatix are granted limited, non-exclusive permission to repurpose or redistribute publicly available content published by Tekmatix and/or its representatives on our official website, blog, YouTube channel, and verified social media accounts strictly for the purpose of promoting Tekmatix via their unique affiliate link.
This permission is subject to the following conditions:
Permitted Use:
Content may only be used in direct connection with affiliate marketing efforts promoting Tekmatix, in accordance with the Tekmatix Affiliate Program Terms of Service. This includes sharing or republishing blog articles, YouTube videos, social media posts, branded visuals, and educational materials published publicly by Tekmatix.
Attribution & Representation:
▪️Affiliates may present Tekmatix content as part of their promotional efforts but must not:
▪️Claim authorship or original ownership of Tekmatix materials.
▪️Alter the original messaging, pricing, branding, or factual content in a misleading or deceptive way.
▪️Represent themselves as Tekmatix staff, founders, or official representatives.
Prohibited Uses:
▪️Content must not be repurposed for the promotion of competing products or services.
▪️Affiliates may not sell, license, or distribute Tekmatix content for commercial gain or use it outside the scope of the affiliate relationship.
Brand Integrity:
Affiliates must ensure that all reused content aligns with Tekmatix’s brand standards, tone, and values, and must not bring the brand into disrepute.
Revocation:
Tekmatix reserves the right to revoke content usage permissions and affiliate program participation at any time for breach of these conditions or at its sole discretion.
For clarity, “Tekmatix content” includes but is not limited to:
▪️Official public website content and published blog posts
▪️Publicly posted videos on the Tekmatix YouTube channel
▪️Posts on Tekmatix’s official Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts
▪️Visuals and educational resources provided by Tekmatix to support affiliate promotions
By participating in the Tekmatix Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by all conditions outlined above and within the full Affiliate Terms of Service. Misuse of content may result in removal from the program and loss of affiliate commissions.
10. Paid Advertising & PPC Policy
Tekmatix affiliates are not permitted to run paid advertising campaigns or pay-per-click (PPC) ads that reference, promote, or direct traffic to Tekmatix products, services, or web properties without receiving prior written approval from Tekmatix.
This includes but is not limited to:
▪️Google Ads (including brand or competitor bidding)
▪️Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
▪️LinkedIn Ads
▪️YouTube Ads
▪️Display network ads
▪️Sponsored posts on any platform
Key Conditions:
Pre-Approval Requirement:
All paid advertising or sponsored content must be submitted for review and formally approved in writing by Tekmatix prior to being published or launched.
Approval Process:
Affiliates must send proposed ad copy, imagery, landing pages, and targeting details to [email protected] for review. Approval may take up to 7 business days.
Brand Protection:
Affiliates may not use Tekmatix’s trademarks, brand name, or domain name (including variations or misspellings) in ad headlines, display URLs, or keywords unless explicitly authorised.
Consequences of Breach:
Unauthorised paid advertising may result in:
▪️Immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account
▪️Forfeiture of unpaid affiliate commissions
▪️Legal action if brand misuse or reputational damage occurs
By participating in the Tekmatix Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with this Paid Advertising Policy. Tekmatix reserves the right to update or revise these requirements at any time.
